Center Parcs Conferences & Events at Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire has revealed that over half of the day business they welcome to the Village involves an element of teambuilding. Since April, Sherwood Forest has welcomed 7,375 people across a total of 147 events. An impressive 54% of this business has incorporated a teambuilding activity.
Sherwood Forest offers an extensive range of activities and team building packages that are designed to motivate delegates. The variety of indoor and outdoor activities available has ensured that many conference and event bookers have incorporated a teambuilding option into their event.
Earlier in 2014, Center Parcs launched three new packages across all sites - Active8, Rejuven8 and Motive8. The packages are designed to provide delegates with a wider choice to compliment any meeting or event and offer a more tailored approach to support a client’s business objectives.
Each package includes breakfast on arrival, half-day meeting room hire and refreshments. In the afternoon each of the three packages offer a different type of activity; teambuilding activites like tree trekking and rollaball with Motive8, leisure activities including paintball and laser clay shooting with Active8, or a relaxing spa session with Rejuven8.
