Arrival choices include the ‘AWAKEN YOUR MIND’ delicately blended fig & honey based breakfast smoothie and healthy ‘PICKnMIX’ breakfast, or a naughtier ‘Butlers Bangers’ with Bloody Mary ketchup served in a soft white bap with Cornish sea salt and cracked black pepper. For lunch, choose between a ‘WORKING LUNCH BOX' or the 'RESTAURANT LUNCH'. The lunch box includes a choice of delicious Mediterranean inspired ciabatta doorsteps and fresh fruit skewers or a plentiful GRAZING OPTION featuring portions of H.Foreman’s smoked salmon with capers and horseradish cream. The RESTAURANT LUNCH offers a choice of exquisite mains, such as pan fried Label Anglaise chicken, with Italian beans & squash in a rich tomato ragu, served in the critically acclaimed 95 cover restaurant overlooking the main playing area.
Designed with conferences in mind, the Bounce main space can cater for up to 500 standing, and up to 200 theatre style, and boasts a 10ft wide cinematic screen with HD projector and a state of the art presentation system. This spacious main hall can be utilised for breakout areas, syndicate sessions and hosting team building activities, such as a ping pong master class with one of Bounce’s illustrious Games Makers. For smaller conferencing events, the luxurious ‘Jaques Room’, is available for exclusive private hire; an ideal setting for groups of 50-100 standing, 60 theatre-style and 28 boardroom.
