Conferences and Facilities

Action Stations’ 275 seat state of the art auditorium has a Digital projection system for power point and dvd operation complete with surround sound, radio microphones and lectern. A dedicated conference technician for all your AV needs is provided as part of the package, which makes for a highly professional service for any meeting, conference or presentation. A large space is available adjacent to the auditorium which can be used for registration, product, promotional displays and catering. Click here for further details.

On site caterers offer a wide selection of buffet style meals and beverages. However other outside caterers are more than welcome to service the event. This area is our science and technology gallery InterAction so guests will be able to have fun and fully appreciate the space.

A recent client said ‘The conference venue and facilities are fantastic with ample car parking and an on site attraction there is nothing like it throughout Southern England. The venue was much more interesting than a bland hotel.’

Within the same building, we have a large conference room which is available for smaller meetings for between ten and 100 guests. The room has natural light and a view of Portsmouth Naval Base. They are very versatile spaces that can be arranged cabaret or theatre style and can be fitted with screen, multi media projector, lap top and flip charts. Full catering facilities are available.
