Our rooms are versatile and can accommodated anywhere from 10 up to 170 delegates. Our flexible and friendly staff and dedicated support services means that we can make a difference to your event.
Full Day Delegate Package: From £34.95 PER PERSON - This applies to a full day conference (maximun of 8 hours).
It includes the following:
Use of the meeting room
Mineral water, cordial and mints
Coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival
Mid morning seving of coffee, tea and biscuits
Tow course buffet lunch with soft drinks
A selection fo afternoon teas and biscuits
Flipchart and choice of pens
The rates per person are based on a minimum of six delegates attending the meeting or conference. Delegate numbers must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance of the event and you will be charged according to your confirmed numbers.
Half Day Delegate Package: From £24.95 PER PERSON - this rate applies to a full day conference (maximum of 4 hours), typically morning or afternoon hire.
