Dating back to the early 20 century, Blakemore House at Little Wymondley, just two miles from Stevenage in the Hertfordshire countryside, has recently been refurbished to provide a flexible venue for conferences, meetings, wedding receptions and private entertaining.
There are six separate rooms which accommodate between 20 and 500. Four of these rooms open out onto the gardens where there is also space for a marquee for up to 500 guests. Flexible onsite accommodation is available.

The newly refurbished Blakemore House is the ideal setting for corporate events from small meetings, seminars and training sessions to conferences and exhibitions in Hertfordshire.
With excellent transport links via road and rail from London and the surrounding area, Blakemore House comfortably accommodates up to 300 for a conference with an additional 6 rooms available for break out sessions. All rooms have natural daylight and we are pleased to offer wireless internet access throughout.
The surrounding grounds are also a fantastic backdrop for team building events and outdoor receptions during the summer months. Accommodation for delegates can also be arranged at a special rate via the onsite hotel.
