This 17th Century Manor house is wonderfully situated just two miles from the historic City of Bath. Built on the hillside of a Roman settlement, the estate nests in 69 acres of private parkland and woodland, with the most astonishing views over the Limpley Stoke Valley and surrounding area.

All 42 bedrooms are naturally luxurious, with linen sheets and showers with power, the light, largely Georgian house will concentrate the mind with its history and architecture.

Within the grounds are some of the finest leisure facilities in the South West, including; indoor and outdoor heated pools, hydrospa beds, steam room, four all weather tennis courts, 5 hole par 3 golf course and 16 bay driving range. Guests may use the fully equipped gym, aerobics studio, sauna and solaria or simply lie back and be pampered in the luxury of the Clarins beauty rooms where a full range of treatments are offered.

The hotel has a choice of two restaurants, the Georgian Restaurant on the first floor features traditional style cuisine with panoramic views or the Eden bistro on the ground floor offers a contemporary ´Round the World´ menu set in a modern ambiance.
