Whites’ newly re-opened Reflections Restaurant sets an ambience for any occasion, be it an intimate dinner for two followed by cocktails in the lounge, or a family celebration. If you can imagine divinely tasty, beautifully presented cuisine prepared with incredible local ingredients and served up with a genuine passion, that is what Reflections offers.
And while you’re salivating over your meal, you’ll also be wowed by the atmosphere. With fantastic views of the famous Reebok Stadium, the beautiful fine dining environment, soothing sounds and intimate booth-style seating, Reflections exudes a delicious feeling of warmth. Reflections is open from 6pm in the evening until 10.00pm.

The Brasserie Restaurant and Pure Bar are located within De Vere Whites Hotel, and are open to both resident and non-resident guests alike. Whether a meeting-point before you head out, or a place to relax for the evening, we think you will agree that Pure Bar is an attractive setting for all your requirements.
A choice of hot full English breakfast or a full continental option is available in The Brasserie from 7am until 10pm and lunch is served until 2pm. Pure Bar is open for drinks and light snacks from 10am until 10pm.
