All the conference facilities are on the ground floor, making access and movement during your event very simple.

Our fully air-conditioned Avon Suite is a large, pillar free venue that comfortably accommodates up to 350 people, with versatile lighting, a removable dance floor and private bar. The Avon Suite has direct loading entrance access for your AV set, exhibition equipment – or even a car! Your own dedicated Sales Coordinator will liaise with you, to cater to your specific needs, including our flexible and inspiring range of food and beverages, and tailor the layout to suit your event.
The Warwickshire Suite is a self contained, air-conditioned, conference room for up to 170 people, that backs onto the Avon Suite and, when fully opened up, creates the Castle Suite. This multi-purpose area gives you an ideal conference and exhibition layout, or a banqueting area for 400 people.

Smaller meetings still need to inspire their attendees. That’s why all our meeting rooms are designed to be as comfortable and as well equipped as possible, so you stay productive when away from the office.

Our 18 simple yet tasteful rooms all feature modern furnishings and are fully air-conditioned. Designed for between 4 and 400 attendees, they are fully accessible and conveniently located on the ground floor.
