With two hotels in Kinross you’ll be spoilt for choice. Both of our hotels are ideally located just off the M90 Jct6 - only 30 minutes north of Edinburgh and 15 minutes south of Perth – giving you easy access from all over Scotland.

The 4-Star Green Hotel offers 46 bedrooms, award-winning dining in Basil’s Restaurant or relax in Jock’s Bar. From September – March we also offer a 4-sheet curling rink. Just across the road you’ll find the 3-Star Windlestrae Hotel with 48 rooms, Fairways Restaurant and Rushes Bar. Gravity Leisure Club offers a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gymnasium with the latest cardio-vascular equipment and weights area.
