The International Centre, Telford is a purpose built exhibition and conference venue situated in the West Midlands, close to the heart of the motorway network.
Our two on-site hotels, the Holiday Inn and International Hotel, provide 251 bedrooms a short walk from the exhibition halls and conference suites, and our third hotel, Grays Hotel and Conference Centre offers a further 90 bedrooms just two minutes drive away.
Because we own our own three hotels we can even arrange for your delegates to check in to their bedrooms at the same time as they check in for your event. We'll even deliver their luggage to their rooms!
Our catering and production teams are also on hand to ensure your event is given the attention it deserves.
Conferences & Launches
For large set conferences and major product launches for 40 to 4,000 people, The International Centre provides the ideal environment in either our purpose built conference suites or event halls.
We can meet all your basic requirements with an all-inclusive package from our in-house stock of seating, staging, lighting and draping, providing a cost-effective solution to help you plan your event to the very last detail. Combined with our 15 on-site breakout suites, over 1,000 car parking spaces, reception areas, catering facilities and on-site hotels, any event held at The International Centre is guaranteed to be a success.
But what if that's not enough?
Then why not consider our package-built seminar rooms which can be constructed inside the halls, providing additional rooms for 30 to 100 delegates. There are also private reception and foyer areas which are fully-linked to the conference rooms, with integrated catering facilities nearby.
Banqueting
Catering is managed in-house, which means that you are in control throughout your event. We can supply anything from a finger buffet lunch for ten people to a gala dinner for 2000. We can also theme your event to create an atmosphere that's unique to you.
Our catering services team come with over 50 years' experience and our team will work with you to design a menu to suit your budget and taste. From a catering area within an exhibition to a stand-alone banquet on a much larger scale, we will create the right environment to suit your event.
