The Venue@DMU (De Montfort University)

De Montfort University opens its campus spaces for external bookings. The event facilities include conference and meeting rooms, a drama and performance space, 10 dance studios, and over 1,200 square metres of flexible exhibition floor. The campus sits in the city centre adjacent to the cultural quarter, giving it easy walking access from the railway station.

The venue suits academic conferences, training days, exhibitions, and public-facing events that benefit from a university setting. Residential accommodation is available on campus in the summer months. The venue is less suitable for branded corporate events where clients expect full hotel-grade service and a dedicated hospitality team.
