Small Conference Venues in London: 10 Venues with Rooms for 10 to 60 People
A conference of 10 to 60 people loses its energy in a ballroom built for 300. Voices carry less, delegates sit far from the speaker and the catering looks sparse. A room sized to the group keeps everyone close to the speaker and to each other, which means more questions, easier breakout discussions and a lower hire cost than a space you only half fill.
Before you book, check four things:
✓ Capacity in your own layout
✓ AV, and whether a technician is on site
✓ Catering: in-house or from an approved list
✓ Access (step-free) and the nearest station
We have set out the capacities below as each venue lists them on venues.org.uk, so you can shortlist quickly. Each Spotlight and Featured venue answers the four checks in an “At a glance” block.
