Hilton Dublin City
The Hilton in Dublin City is situated within walking distance of the shopping and cultural centre of Dublin, so it won’t be difficult for anyone local, or visiting, to find. With six meeting rooms available and a theatre style meeting space that has a capacity of up to 400 people, this is the perfect location to host a large exhibition.
The venue offers a private internal courtyard for your event to spill into, with disabled access throughout. A car park is available for visitors, and with plenty of flexible food options you’ll be able to please everyone - you can even host a barbeque if you’re exhibition is of a more casual style.
With 193 bedrooms available you also won’t have to worry about finding accommodation for any visiting guests.
The Monastery Manchester
The Monastery in Manchester has previously been been listed as one of the top 100 most endangered sites in the world, resulting in a £6.5 million restoration scheme that has left the site as a top venue in our books.
This location offers 7 meeting rooms to choose from, as well as one hall to choose that offers a capacity of up to 650 people, meaning you’ll be able to fit in more than enough visitors for your exhibition. Food and drinks are available throughout the venue, as well as the opportunity to hire live entertainment and use their marquees which can be set up in their outside venue area.
Located 2.5 miles from Manchester city centre with complimentary onsite parking you won’t have to struggle to arrange travel and accommodation for anyone that you’ve invited to your big event, and they won’t forget their experience in this outstanding exhibition venue.
The Bond Company
Located just outside of Birmingham city centre, the Bond Company is a 19th century converted warehouse that offers you the chance to host your exhibition in a unique and interesting location that none of your guests will forget quickly. With seven meeting rooms available to choose from, and the chance to invite up to a 200 capacity, this is the smallest venue we’ve chosen to discuss - but offers plenty of style in place of size.
As well as a large covered canopy area outside of the main venue, there is also an on-site cafe and plenty of visitor parking facilities so you can ensure that your guests are properly looked after. All of their rooms have WiFi, projectors/LCD screens and flipcharts available in so if you’re looking for a more serious exhibition venue this can be perfect for you.
With our daily delegate package you can choose this venue for your exhibition from only £27.50 +VAT per person, or on a room hire basis meaning that you won’t be majorly out of pocket at the end of your exhibition.
