The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham is to host next year's National Golf Show, it has been announced.
Taking place in the Birmingham venue in April, the show has been created by organisers of the London Golf Show and the NEC Golf Show.
Golf Show Group sales director Damian Benstead told Event Magazine: "The move to make a national show at the NEC allows us to create a truly nationwide show, capable of attracting an audience from all corners of the country."
Mr Benstead said the National Golf Show will be a flagship event at the start of the golfing season.
However, the move does not spell the end of the London Golf Show, which will continue to take place in the capital and will play a key role as an end of year event, he added.
Earlier this month, organisers of the two-day Internet Retailing Expo (IRX) said the NEC's central location is playing a key role in attracting event organisers.
