Congress Centre, the "conference":http://www.venues.org.uk/searches/conference_centres_venues.asp and "hospitality venue" in the heart of London’s West End, has launched its new ‘In a Bowl’ menu. The new menu has been introduced to give clients greater choice and flexibility when planning "events":http://www.venues.org.uk/searches/event_venues.asp with delegates being given the food on trays, eliminating the need to queue for the buffet. Guests therefore have more time to mingle and network during lunch or dinner. All dishes on the menu are freshly prepared. “We’ve included a number of healthy options, such as stir-fried Japanese vegetables in black bean sauce with egg noodles, and teriyaki salmon with lime-scented basmati rice, as we know many clients are keen to serve healthier food at their events,” says centre director, Robert Girvan.
