A new, intimate, modern and secluded venue was launched in the heart of the City of London today, aiming to attract more private buyers looking for discreet venues to hold their events and meetings.
12 Austin Friars, which was formerly known as Furniture Makers’ Hall, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac behind Throgmorton Street and can cater exclusively for up to 70 guests.
The listed townhouse is managed by Kudos, the food and events experts, who have spearheaded the launch.
As part of the development, the Kudos team has developed intimate one-to-one sessions with prospective event bookers, enabling them to understand and identify with the venue.
Jon Pryce, managing director of Kudos, said: “This prestigious venue is not your average type of event or meeting space so we wanted to demonstrate its unique qualities, and clearly show its offering as a personal, up-market and modern location.”
To coincide with the launch, Kudos has developed a new website, www.12austinfriars.co.uk, which is offering a 25% discount on room hire for every first booking, and a Twitter profile, @12AustinFriars, to share venue news and offers.
