Organisers of the forthcoming manufacturing business IT conference and awards (MITcon 2008) are confident that their choice of venue will help the event be a success.
Given that the conference will see IT specialists discuss the latest technological innovations and possible future trends, it is appropriate that it is set to take place at the National Space Centre in Leicester next week.
Starting with a keynote address concerning IT strategy, the one-day conference, which has been organised by Manufacturing Computer Solutions, will also see a number of experts in their respective fields address industry delegates.
Furthermore, the June 11th event will also see a number of awards handed out to recognise innovation in the manufacturing IT sector, while delegates will also be offered the opportunity to talk with past winners in a series of seminars and informal talks.
The National Space Centre boasts state-of-the-art conferencing facilities in its Shuttle Suite, which can be portioned into four separate suites, named after the space exploration craft Colombia, Discovery, Endeavor and Atlantis.
