The Auction House becomes HBAA member

The Auction House, a stunning contemporary conference, events and wedding venue in Luton is delighted to have been accepted as a new member of the HBAA, the trade association for the hotel booking agency, apartment and venue community.

By becoming a member of the HBAA, venues agree to a code of conduct that provides assurance and integrity for corporate clients, as well as becoming part of a unified voice driving professionalism.

The Auction House has everything to make an event unique and special – from sophisticated, contemporary reception rooms and the latest audio-visual equipment, to atmospheric RGB lighting that can be set to match a chosen colour scheme or company colours.

The Auction House has two day delegate packages for conferences, both of which include venue hire, morning and afternoon refreshments, buffet lunch, AV equipment, stage, PA system and wireless microphone and free wi-fi. The packages also include notepads and pens, a lectern, flipcharts, signage area, manned cloakroom facilities and free, secure car parking for up to 230 cars.

Using a partition wall, The Main Suite (capacity 700) can be divided into The Sun Suite (250 capacity), perfect for conferences, meetings & presentations, and The Amber Room (200 capacity), an excellent space for refreshments, lunch and as a break out area.

For events, The Auction House offers a three course banqueting sit down menu, perfect for awards ceremonies, charity fundraisers & gala dinners. You are able to add to this with a champagne and canapes reception and after dinner tea and coffee.

Christmas packages for exclusive parties are available to suit all budgets with theming options available as well.

The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies, offering an elegant, contemporary venue for both English and Asian weddings with a variety of packages available.
