EIS Sheffield is a multi-sports training centre on Coleridge Road, Sheffield, described on its own site as the country’s largest multi-sports training centre. Specialist facilities include 2 multi-purpose sports halls, a table tennis hall, a netball hall, a basketball hall and a 200m indoor athletics arena, used by the local community, schools, businesses and elite athletes. The sports halls are available to hire for activities, events and special occasions.

Facilities

• Two gyms, including a three-storey gym with cardio, resistance and functional training equipment, and a dedicated free weights gym.
• Indoor athletics track, the only one in Sheffield.
• 10-court sports hall, for activities including badminton, five-a-side football, table tennis and basketball.
• Over 25 fitness classes each week, in a fitness studio and a spin studio.
• Health suite.
• The Coffee Bar and the foodetc. cafe.
• Meeting rooms available to hire.
• Disabled car parking at the front of the venue.
• Automatic doors at the front of the centre.
• Lifts in the gym, reception and outside the foodetc. cafe.
• Disabled changing rooms, one with a shower, on the main corridor off reception.
• Disabled toilets in the main reception and outside the gym.
