• Chairman’s Suite: 50 theatre-style or reception, 40 banquet, 30 classroom-style, 26 U-shape or 24 conference-style.
• Philips Suite: 50 theatre-style or reception, 40 banquet, 30 classroom-style, 26 U-shape or 24 conference-style.
• Boardroom: 30 theatre-style or reception, 18 banquet or conference-style, and 16 classroom- or U-shape.
• Directors Suite: 30 theatre-style, reception or banquet, 18 conference-style and 16 classroom- or U-shape.
• Executive Suite: 30 theatre-style, reception or banquet, 18 conference-style and 16 classroom- or U-shape.
• The Loft: 20 conference-style. It is also offered for private dining and intimate celebrations for up to 20.
• Meeting Rooms 1–8: 15 theatre-style or reception, ten banquet and eight classroom-style. Meeting Room 3 is slightly smaller at 20 sq m; the others measure 28 sq m.

Smaller meeting rooms for up to 35 people can be booked through Hilton’s online meeting service. Larger conferences, dinners and receptions require a tailored event proposal. Bedroom blocks of between ten and 25 rooms can also be reserved online for delegates.
