Venue at a glance

Leicester Guildhall is a medieval building set around a central courtyard in Leicester, used for weddings, meetings, corporate hire and receptions, as well as exhibitions, fairs, ghost vigils, live performances and theatre productions. It offers four rooms for hire: the Great Hall, a timber framed hall dating back to 1,390 with a stage; the oak panelled Mayor’s Parlour; the Library; and the Jury Room for small meetings.
