Conferences

The Conference Centre has been superbly converted from a traditional and ancient stone barn to offer 4 meeting rooms that can be hired individually or as a suite. All packages are tailored to suit your needs, our management and staff are on hand to ensure your event goes just as you would wish.

For residential courses, accommodation is provided in the beautifully appointed en-suite rooms built around the walled garden adjacent to the farmhouse.

In the summer months, a large marquee is available for conferences up to 150 or for corporate entertaining. With the larger numbers of guests, costs of running such a venue are often less than anticipated and our stylish marquee, with views from its windows across the Humber, always leaves a lasting impression.

For product launches there are ample lawns and grounds to display the largest of equipment.

The woodland, farmland and grassland provides a full 80 acres that can be used for outdoor training exercises if required.

Weddings

Rudstone Walk is licensed for civil ceremonies and specialises in the smaller, relaxed and more intimate weddings, offering a package to suit each individual customer. However large or small your wedding we welcome the opportunity to show you Rudstone Walk and discuss your requirements. We can cater for a Reception of up to 20 in the lovely old Farmhouse Dining Room and up to 50 in Rudstone's impressive Function Room. We now also have available a small marquee extension (20'x20') which can house either a further table of 10 or a disco/bar area. Should your celebrations go past 6.00pm in the evening, for a room hire charge, you can continue to have exclusive use of the Farmhouse or Function Room venues.

For the larger wedding (50-180), during the summer months, Rudstone provides a wonderful country marquee set in its grounds, with superb views of the East Riding around us.

We are also licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies at Rudstone Walk, so your whole celebration can take place here, if you wish. Guests' accommodation is, of course, available.

The Farmhouse

For weddings of up to 20 guests we offer the exclusive use of the oak-beamed dining room in the 400 year old farmhouse and the beautifully furnished sitting room with its open log fires and views over the Humber Estuary.

The Function Room

For larger parties / weddings of up to 50 guests our Function Room converted from an ancient stone barn is perfect. The views are quite spectacular and weather permitting, the doors can be opened onto the west facing terrace where the view extends over the Vale of York. A small starlit marquee can be added on to the Function Room to create more room if required.

The Marquee

For larger weddings of up to 200 guests we are able to erect a marquee on the front lawn which connects to the farmhouse (available in July- September) Fully lined, heated, floored and carpeted with windows along the west side to maximise the views the marquee is truly superb.

Wedding Ceremonies

We are delighted to be able to offer our farmhouse sitting room and our Function Room for civil wedding ceremonies, naming ceremonies and renewing of wedding vows.
