Royal Liver Suite occupies space within the Royal Liver Building at Pier Head, Liverpool, with panoramic views of the River Mersey. The suite hosts corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, fashion shows, product launches and Christmas events, and is licensed for wedding and civil ceremonies.

Spaces and capacities

• First floor spaces (Ballroom and Mersey Suite) — up to 200 guests, with flexibility for 240 in specific setups (a combined figure for both rooms, not a single-room figure).
• The Boardroom — 32 seated; 40 standing.
• Executive Room and Secretary Room — up to 25 guests (a combined figure for both rooms).
• Atrium Bar — maximum capacity 80.
• Royal Liver Suite states a whole-venue figure of up to 200 guests for wedding receptions and evening parties, and up to 140 for wedding ceremonies.

Facilities

• Licensed for ceremonies, civil ceremonies and civil partnerships.
• Catering includes a seated meal, or bowl food or food stalls as an alternative.
