Two miles from The City financial district, the Waldorf Hilton had a £750,000 meeting room upgrade at the beginning of 2012 and has so far completely refurbished 207 out of 298 bedroom part of an extensive £10 Million Pound bedroom refurbishment project. The last phase of this refurbishment will be completed at the beginning of 2014. The hotel now offers 298 bedrooms in various different styles and sizes to cater for everyone. Book and Executive Room and have access to our Executive Lounge where a complementary full English breakfast and drinks & snacks await you throughout the day, enjoy a full English breakfast, lunch and dinner in our Homage Grand Salon. From the classical Aldwych and Westminster rooms to the unique Executive Boardroom, we can cater for any size of meeting. Oak panelled elegance reflects the Executive Boardroom’s earlier use as a Gentleman's Smoking Room with original fireplaces and oil paintings, this is a delightful venue for exclusive meetings. Suitable for conferences, exhibitions and trade fairs, the Adelphi Suite can also seat up to 400 for a banquet. Access is directly through a walkway from the lobby or through the Palm Court. The Adelphi Suite has a lighting system and Internet access. Seating 350 guests in a theatre style or up to 400 for a seated dinner, together with the Palm Court, we can offer the benefit of a conference room and dining room situated next to each other for a glittering reception for up to 700. The Palm Court is one of the city’s finest venues, holding up to 150 people exclusively for a banquet or dinner dance event.
