4. Your listings and profile

Once you have registered to advertise on www.venues.org.uk your listing will be live on the site within 24 hours.

We have a comprehensive profile management area where you can maintain your profile by updating images and features.

Included in your package will be:

• 200+ words description of the venue highlighting facilities & history
• A company logo & up to 10 venue pictures of your choice
• Details of location and directions to your venue(s)
• Room details such as dimensions, disabled access, room layouts & styles
• Total venue capacity and capacity details of each individual room available
• Any awards you have won or star ratings
• Ability to have leads from your profile sent to multiple recipients (up to 10) per venue
• Promote distressed units on the special offers page
• A group reporting facility for multiple venues
• Instant email alerts when you receive leads
• Unique log in and password to maintain your profile in real time

The number of categories you are able to advertise in will be dependent upon your choice of advertising package. You can also have unlimited location searches added to your profile.

You can also check how your profile is performing with statistics on the number of times your profile has been viewed and the number of leads you have received. You can even download all of your leads into a csv file for incorporation in to your own systems. Allied to this we will forward an Excel spread sheet with all report details at the end of every membership period.
