Your profile and adverts can be added to the site within 24hrs of securing your positions.
The details for your company and any logos can be updated through us easily and quickly, usually they are live on the web site within 24hrs. You will be able to update and upload your venue details including new pictures on your profile through your own admin area at any time (a username and password will be provided)
You have the capability to have
- 200+ words description of the venue highlighting facilities & history.
- A company logo & up to 6 venue pictures of your choice
- Details of location and directions to your venue(s).
- Room details such as dimensions, disabled access, room layouts & styles
- Total venue capacity and capacity details of each individual room available
- Any awards you have won or star ratings
- Ability to have leads from your profile sent to multiple recipients to help your sales team
- Promote distressed units on the special offers page.
- A group reporting facility for multiple venues
- Instant email alerts when you receive leads and we also identify your exclusive leads for you
You will be able to check how well your listing has been, with statistics on the number of views, and leads sent to you since joining venues. You can even download all the leads into a CSV file to include into your database or report in Excel.
