The countdown is on for this year’s Meetings Show and Venues.org.uk will be there, exhibiting on stand C49 from 8th to 10th July at Olympia, London. The Meetings Show is a major event for the UK inbound and outbound meetings industry. Organised by meeting professionals for meeting professionals, it is focused around a large exhibition, networking opportunities and professional education. Over 3,000 meeting professionals are expected to attend to experience the benefits of the UK’s largest industry hosted buyer event.

The exhibition will feature over 350 suppliers including UK and international destinations, venues and hotels. The hosted buyer programme allows visitors to have one to one appointments with over 750 hosted buyers. There will be five nights of networking events and post-show tours for the hosted buyers to key regional destinations around the UK. Buyers and exhibitors will be inspired to do business, develop industry knowledge and network with the best in the industry.
Experts from the meetings industry as well as key vertical sectors have created a targeted education programme for this year’s show with streams dedicated to agency bookers, corporate planners, associations, pharmaceutical & healthcare, PAs and secretaries, technology and meetings design. Planned by education experts from across the industry, the conference sessions are timed to work in harmony with the exhibition and pre-scheduled meetings, of which 10,000+ will take place during the show.
