The Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) has expanded its sales and marketing team as it looks to increased sales at the venue.
Ria Sleigh and Jen Martin have joined the Aberdeen venue, where they have been appointed senior sales executive (association) and sales executive respectively.
Ms Sleigh is responsible for attracting new national and international association conferences to the AECC, while Ms Martin will deal with the Aberdeen venue's local corporate sales.
Brian Horsburgh, managing director of the AECC said it was a pleasure "to welcome Ria and Jen to the team".
"Their fresh perspective will allow the team to continue to grow the local and association conference market."
Earlier this year, the AECC was selected as a finalist for the International Association of Congress Centres (AIPC) Apex Award Competition.
It is the only Scottish venue chosen to compete for the title of the World's Best Congress Centre with 27 other locations.
