In February 2011 we opened The Exchange, a contemporary 54,000 sq ft state-of-the-art centre, with over 20,000 ft dedicated to events and conferences.

Our outstanding location is what helps us to stand out from other Bedfordshire events and conference venues. Our vision is to provide a flexible corporate events venue with high-spec facilities and a dedicated onsite events team to help you plan stand out, memorable events. Our team has the right experience and skillset to make your event successful. With a talented on-site caterers and chefs, we can work with you to create bespoke menus and catering options too.
