The venue is located in the heart of West London surrounded by Chelsea and Kensington. Opposite Earls Court Exhibition Centre and with excellent transport links it is only 2 minutes walk from West Brompton underground and train station served by the District Line and trains to Gatwick airport and 5 minutes from Earls Court underground station served by the Piccadilly line with direct trains to Heathrow airport.
Boasting up to 11 rooms with a cumulative space of 1700sqm, ILEC Conference Centre offers is largest and main floor space on the ground floor, the Enterprise Suite, and 5 additional meeting rooms on the second floor.
The Enterprise Suite opens up a world of possibilities to any event up to 1200 people. With its 1260sqm of pillar free space and 5 metre high ceiling, the room can be split into six modular spaces, making it suitable for an event of any size or type. Besides a 5x5 m loading bay door located at street level allows you to bring your goods into the room with no difficulty.
Also, five smaller meeting rooms, all with natural daylight and air conditioning, can accommodate from 2 to 60 delegates and are ideal as syndicate rooms, hospitality lounges or organiser offices. The Apollo room holds up to 60 delegates in theatre style, 40 in cabaret style or 25 in boardroom style. The Pioneer and Voyager rooms provide capacity for up to 12 people in boardroom or theatre style. The Viking and Mariner are two interconnected rooms allowing for one room to be used for meetings up to 12 people in boardroom or theatre style while the other area can be used as a breakout room.
ILEC Conference Centre is part of the hotel Ibis London Earls Court, a 3*** property independently owned and managed by Accor. Built over 12 floors and with stunning views of the London skyline, the hotel features 504 en-suite bedrooms (inclusive of 6 suites) fully equipped with air-cooling, tea/coffee making facilities, 60 TV and radio channels, 450 satellite on demands, pay per movie and affordable WIFI throughout the building.
The hotel also has La Table Restaurant offering an "A la carte" menu as well as a daily Carvery buffet. Just opposite the restaurant, a variety of dishes included in seasonal and special menus on offer throughout the year are served in the traditional English George and Dragon pub.
