Room Summary

The combination of beautiful surroundings and central London location (in Zone 2) makes it the perfect venue for a range of different events.

The London Wetland Centre incorporates a number of unique rooms available for hire both during the day and in the evening and events such as conferences, product launches, dinners and dinner dances can be held within the spectacular setting of this world famous conservation site.

Water's Edge Room
A light, spacious & versatile room with a seating capacity for up to 150 delegates theatre style and 110 guests for a dinner and reception. The room offers beautiful views across the reserve while a wooden decked balcony provides an additional area for your delegates to relax. The Water's Edge room is a purpose built event space available for both day and evening events and benefits from blackout facilities and built in audio visual equipment.

Observatory
This beautiful split level observatory is perfect for drinks receptions and buffets. The large 20m x 8m viewing window allows panoramic views across the reserve, where guests can watch a host of wildlife dropping in to rest and feed while enjoying a drink themselves.

The AV Theatre
A state of the art cinema with seating for up to 80 delegates. The three large screens are ideal for Power Point presentations, corporate videos or films while a central podium with microphone and advanced video equipment offers finger tip control for the speaker

The Boardroom
Seating up to 20 delegates boardroom style the boardroom includes TV and video facilities and OHP and flipchart within the hire cost.

Bird hides
Where else in London can you have a breakfast meeting surrounded by beautiful wetlands and birds from around the world? Our bird hides offer just that. Situated in the wild reserve overlooking the lakes and pools, you can enjoy breakfast whilst catching up on a spot of bird watching. We can also arrange for one of our knowledgeable wardens to be on hand to help point out the rarer species.

Catering
The highly acclaimed catering is organised in-house for your convenience with a selection of highly appetizing menus. From formal dinner gatherings to 'working lunches' the London Wetland Centre can offer a quality and style to suit every occasion.

Additional services
Additional extras such as decorations, floral displays, musicians, butler service, Theatre technician and speakers can easily be provided for at an extra cost.
