Couples 'should pick recently refurbished venues for weddings'

Couples planning on getting married should choose Liverpool venues and those in other cities which have been recently refurbished as they are more likely to offer an introductory package, it has been claimed.

According to the London Paper, people should not focus on the idea that the big day has to take place in a lavish stately home, with various other venues offering more than adequate facilities.

However, those who do desire a Liverpool venue with an air of magic should consider organising it at certain times of the year, as they could save money by doing so.

"Ignore the notion that it needs to be in a stately home or castle - it doesn't. But if it is your dream to have a princess venue, book on a weekday, in the off-peak season, or pick a venue that has recently been refurbished, as they tend to offer introductory packages," the news provider claims.

In other news, the Floral Pavilion theatre and conference venue in New Brighton recently scooped a best practice award following a major refurbishment, those looking for Merseyside venues will be interested to learn.
