The 3 meeting rooms we provide can be hired either separately or as a complete suite, seating from as little as 2 people up to 80 people. Our meeting rooms are ideal for standalone meetings or breakout and plenary sessions.

For an event to remember, The Place Hotel function suite caters for up to 400 guests for drinks, buffet & canapés receptions; or up to 250 for a full service meal.
The Place Hotel function suite also has an exclusive VIP area, 2 private bars across 3 levels with its own private entrance and DJ booth.

The Place Function Suite:

The Place Hotel is your ideal venue for holding your forthcoming event within the heart of the city centre, located only one minutes walk from Piccadilly Train Station and all major transport links.

The 4* Grade II listed building is your perfect venue, providing all the facilities and style your event needs.

With its open brickwork, iron girders and contemporary styling it makes this the most unique 4*hotel in Manchester.

Our function room offers total flexibility providing everything from your own Event Co-ordinator to help organise and run your event, private kitchen facilities which can be hired, to a complete package that includes room hire, catering and drinks.

The Place Hotel can provide a banqueting menu to enable you to hand pick your own menus. Alternatively buffet options, such as fingerfood buffets and fork buffets are available as well. We also provide drinks packages, a varied wine list and canapé selections to suit all palates and budgets.

The Heritage Suite can host everything from training sessions to board meetings. The unique Grade II listed setting gives an inspirational backdrop for your meetings.

For your delegates, The Place hotel offers day delegate or overnight delegate packages, staying in The Place's spacious apartments complete with their own lounge and kitchen. Alternatively, meeting room hire only prices are available.

Dining options at The Place can be flexible to suit your requirements, from a simple lunch buffet to a 4 course meal for up to 250 in The Place Function room.

Manchester Suite:
The Manchester Suite is our largest room holding up to 80 delegates, boasting a corner position with great views over Manchester city centre and taking advantage of the ample natural light.

Piccadilly Suite:
The Piccadilly Suite is an intimate conference room with capacity to hold up to 14 delegates, which makes this room perfect for smaller meetings, interviews, or as a breakout space from the main Manchester Suite.

The London Suite:
The London Suite holds up to 16 delegates and includes private bathroom facilities. This suite is also ideal for small meetings or perfect as a private breakout space.

All our conference rooms can be hired separately or alternatively as a complete suite.

Informal Gatherings in the Atrium:
Our spectacular Atrium with its palm trees and relaxing water feature is the ideal venue to meet informally, either as a part of an event, or as a stand-alone gathering.
