Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Responds to Rise In Demand for Annual General Meeting Space

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, the South Bank meetings and events destination, has introduced a new style of layout, increasing the capacity of their renowned Westminster Ballroom by 150 delegates to 2,000 for a theatre-style set up following an increase in requests for hosting Annual General Meetings (AGM).

The upper-scale hotel is already one of the largest event spaces available in London and over the past six months the venue recognised an influx in requests for AGMs for stand-alone conference space and receptions of up to 2,500 guests. 

Daniel Pedreschi, General Manager, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London commented: “We have reviewed our reception and event areas following the increase in demand and client feedback and now offer space for a higher delegate capacity and tailor-made parties with exclusive entertainment zones. These will be spaced across different floors, which range from street food style pop-ups and food halls to the classic reception drinks area.”
