D3 Active, based at Eastnor Castle, has successfully run many events and activities around their Mongolian Ger Village. It still proves to be one of the most popular and talked about experiences offered by the agency.
Adding to this flexible and unusual setting, D3 Active has permanently erected a large communal Ger tent with a capacity for approximately 35 people. The white circular canvas tent is heated by a traditional wood burning stove and is tastefully furnished with large cushions, rugs and low tables. The space is very versatile providing a relaxed and chilled meeting room, dining area or training facility. It can also be a blank canvass and be furnished and decorated to any theme or requirement.
Superb catering, with tastes from around the world, is available making it a great place to entertain clients and trade or reward staff. D3 Active has already taken bookings for all of these uses and the feedback has been extremely positive.
Whist the meeting can be informal and relaxed the functional aspect is not
compromised as all facilities can still be provided such as power and projector screen.
The whole experience can be enhanced by then retiring to one of the smaller Ger tents for the night, furnished with beds and cosy bedding, the ultimate in Glamping!
