The Apex Hotels group with 7 hotels across Edinburgh, Dundee and London have recently launched their new corporate loyalty programme in their Scottish Hotels through Inspire Loyalty.
After successfully testing their own programme where they achieved 1000 active members, Apex wanted to develop an online solution giving guests more choice of reward and the functionality to view their account online.
Corporate guests are invited to join the programme or can register at
http://communicate.apexhotels.co.uk/ where they will then be emailed a user ID and password. Current loyalty members can also refer a corporate friend to join the programme.
Guests can earn 1 point for every £1 spent and have their own gift card to redeem their points against electrical goods such as iPads, music, games, retail vouchers, experiences and a selection of eco friendly goods.
The account will be active as long as the guest stays or redeems points within a 12 month period, if there is no activity during this period the account automatically closes.
