Leading conference venue in Central London, Chelsea Football Club’s events team have launched the smallest delegate sandwich ahead of British Sandwich Week in May.
Taking place between 12-19 May, British Sandwich Week celebrates Britain’s best loved lunchtime food and is run by the British Sandwich Association. In celebration of the nationwide event, Chelsea Football Club has launched its steak sandwich canapé as part of its extensive meetings and events catering menu.
Made by in-house caterers Levy Restaurants, the steak sandwich canapé includes a slice of seared 21 day aged British sirloin steak, seasonal baby leaf salad, slow roasted tomatoes and grain mustard mayonnaise all atop toasted Italian focaccia bread. It has been designed to be the perfect bite sized mouthful.
