Well another busy day for the Venues team at Confex, although a lot of other exhibitors are reporting a decrease in footfall this year after the move from Earls Court.
The jury appear to be out at the moment, as to whether the move has been a success. We’ve certainly had no let up in visitors, although the wind and rain certainly deterred more than a few people yesterday afternoon.
Day 2 was notable for the team in that some major groups have signalled their intention to join our existing big hitters on the site – watch this space for future developments. It was also good to catch up with a lot of our major clients, such as The Lindley Group who are two stalls away from us!
We’re looking forward to day 3 and what that brings – let’s hope for sunny skies!
