Feedback from recent research undertaken by ESSA has highlighted that members value both UK & overseas pavilions. As a result, in the UK, ESSA has extended its agreements with the Event Production Show, International Confex, the Event & Exhibiting Show and Event UK into 2011.
Confex Group has agreed to provide all members who wish to exhibit in an ESSA branded pod at Event UK 2011 and in International Confex 2011. The pods will be within the ESSA pavilion and will comprise a 2m by 2m stand package at a specially discounted cost of £1450 per member at Event UK 2011 and £1800 per member at International Confex 2011. The package will include include a spotlight, power socket, table and chair. The package represents a 25% saving over rack rate.
Organiser of the Event & Exhibiting Show, F2F Events, has retained their offer of free pods for members who are ‘new to the show’, and a discount of £1400 for all members on larger space, this is equivalent to annual membership of the association. There will be an ESSA members drinks reception after the show and a meeting area for those important “off stand” meetings during the show.
Ocean Media's Event Production Show has offered ESSA members a pod within an exclusive pavilion at the show at a cost of just £1100 per pod including a free copy of the White Book and free coffee during the show.
ESSA Director, Chris Skeith commented: “We are always seeking ways to help reduce the cost of doing business for all of our members and proving the value of membership. The savings we have negotiated on these four shows is already a greater return than the investment in membership.”
