Lane End moves into next phase of development plans

Buckinghamshire based dedicated conference centre, Lane End will shortly start the next phase of its major refurbishment plans, including the relocation of the reception area and staff offices.

The refurbishment is part of an ongoing business development strategy that has involved substantial changes at Lane End over the past year. The changes have been planned and executed in consultation with clients, ensuring their regular corporate and agency bookers are entirely satisfied. The result has been a substantial increase in client enquiries and bookings.

The refurbishment covered the modernisation and redecoration of many of the 34 conference suites, upgrading and redecoration of some of the 104 bedrooms, and installation of new leisure facilities

“By refurbishing many of the spaces, we have ensured they continue to appeal to our client base, particularly those looking for residential and long-term bookings,” said Lane End sales manager Kathryn Mais. “Now that the majority of the work is complete, the rebranding, marketing and PR campaigns are ensuring past, present and potential clients are aware of the changes, which has led to an upsurge in bookings.”
