A leading company has announced that it will be launching a special rate for events attended by between 110 and 1,300 delegates, it has been revealed.
The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre will now provide visitors with the choice of buying at The Essentials Conference Day Delegate Rate, which will set them back approximately £55 per person.
Those organising events in London venues will benefit from room hire, an AV package and a reduced-choice catering package, as well as support from experienced staff.
Sue Etherington, the London venue's commercial manager, said that this no-frills approach has been tailor-made for the current economic situation.
She added: "We are aware that organisations are looking for added value and ways of cutting costs, without reducing the impact and quality of their events."
The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre was originally opened by the Queen in 1986 and is an executive agency of the Department for Communities and local government.
