Stoke Mandeville Stadium has recently increased its Hospitality Assured score to 71.1% after a successful two day assessment in December last year.
Hospitality Assured was created for the industry and by the industry in the mid 90’s in order to encourage businesses to look at their operation from the customers’ perspective. This year is Stoke Mandeville Stadium’s fifth assessment and the centre has improved its score year on year.
