Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 has this month launched an exclusive gourmet teambuilding masterclass with Cyrus Todiwala, OBE.
Cyrus, who runs and operates the hotel’s signature restaurant, Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen, is known for his hallmark style of blending traditional culinary techniques and flavours from his Parsee heritage with more unexpected ingredients.
Based on the popularity of the restaurant’s eclectic menu, Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 has designed its teambuilding masterclass to showcase the techniques and flavour combinations of a range of dishes, led by Cyrus himself.
The teambuilding experience begins with a welcome mango Bellini and traditional Indian snacks, followed by a demonstration of some of Cyrus’s culinary secrets. Groups are then split into two and instructed in the creation of three dishes from the Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen menu. Cyrus will judge the groups on their teamwork, quality of food and appearance of their dishes, with the winning team receiving a special prize.
The experience concludes with a multi-course gourmet dinner with wine, including professional versions of the dishes made during the masterclass and a selection of recipes for guests to take away with them.

The gourmet teambuilding masterclass, held in the restaurant and making use of the professional kitchen, can be run for a maximum of 12 guests and costs £195 per person.
