The QEIICC to advise International Confex 2010 visitors on how to hold their most powerful conference yet

The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC), London’s most prestigious purpose built centre for professional meetings and events, is running an advice clinic at International Confex 2010 on ‘How to hold your most powerful conference –

and leave them wanting more’.

The clinic will be held at 2pm on Wednesday 24th February on stand B960, opposite the Marketing and Keynotes seminar theatre. It will offer practical tips on how best to engage with an audience, how to present a message in the most powerful way and how to ensure the best from your speakers. Speakers will include managing director of The Exhibiting Agency, John Blaskey and business management and presentation skills mentor, Bob Etherington.

The clinic will provide Confex visitors with a taste of the masterclasses the Centre holds on a regular basis. These half day seminars give in-depth knowledge and hands on tips to event organisers on various topics associated with the organisation of successful and powerful conferences.

Sue Etherington, acting commercial director at The QEIICC comments: “As London’s most prestigious purpose built centre for professional meetings and events, the Centre is committed to offering the best possible service to its clients. Our masterclasses provide organisers with the tools to create their most successful and powerful events yet.”

The QEIICC is also exhibiting on the Visit London stand (L700) and is sponsoring the Business Skills & Personal Development seminar theatre.
