Central Hall Westminster scored a roaring 74.6% across the 10 step assessment for service and business excellence. The challenging external evaluation covers all aspects of the service provided at Central Hall, including the evolving venue offer, service delivery, operational standards, planning etc.
The 'Team of the Year' accolade received in 2010 is yet another indicator that staff at Central Hall 'love what they do' and that they are really good at it too!
