WOBURN HOUSE KICKS OFF 2017 BY JOINING THE MEETINGS INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION

Woburn House, a central London meeting and events venue, has joined the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) – one of the fastest growing associations in the conference, meetings and events sector.

Richard Bull, General Manager at Woburn House, comments: “Joining the mia will bring many benefits to Woburn House, including useful networking opportunities and a valuable industry benchmarking tool.”

As part of its membership, Woburn House has secured the mia’s highly acclaimed AIM accreditation. AIM is the UK’s nationally recognised standard for venues and service providers in the meetings, conferences and events industry and has 50 strict criteria that venues must meet to achieve accreditation.

Bull continues: “The meeting and events sector is responsible for thousands of jobs and I think it is incredibly important to work together as an industry, in order to continually improve the standards of the service we are offering.”

Woburn House is a professional venue, located in central London’s Tavistock Square, just a five-minute walk from Euston station. With eight versatile rooms and spaces, the venue is suited to conferences, exhibitions or meetings and has a capacity of up to 250 reception style in the Main Hall.  

With a full range of services including catering, AV support, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, Woburn House is an easy accessible, versatile venue.
