#TakeTheTime to attend The Meetings Show 2023

Event professionals are invited to #TakeTheTime to find solutions for future events, enhance their knowledge and network later this month.

The Meetings Show, the UK's leading event for the meetings and events community, returns to ExCeL London on 28-29 June where it will bring more than 600 global event providers together under one roof.

International exhibitors at this year’s show – many returning, or attending for the first time – include San Francisco, Miami, Spain, Malaysia and the Philippines, while those from the UK include Visit York, NEC Group and Tottenham Hotspur, among many others.

A host of suppliers – from conference venues and venue finders to hotels and incentives providers – will be present to guide visitors towards the best choice for future MICE business.

A revamped education programme, created in partnership with experience design experts Samme Allen, CEO of conferenceemcees.com and previous The Meetings Show keynote speaker Claus Raasted, will provide ample food for thought over the two days.

Split across four brand-new themes: Impact, Inform, Innovate and Inspire, sessions will be delivered by experts from across the industry as presentations, workshops and campfire discussions. Topics include inclusion, corporate creativity and networking and confirmed speakers include networking and faith inclusion expert Farah Hussain; Elinor Honigstein of LinkedIn and Rich Davies of DRPG.

Multiple networking opportunities over two days – including networking drinks at the end of day one – give visitors the chance to reconnect with existing contacts while also improving their networks by meeting people from across the industry.

Hosted buyers also receive additional benefits, such as attendance at the pre-show conference with its tailored, interactive education programme; an invite to a reception aboard new floating venue Oceandiva London, support with travel and accommodation and the opportunity to take part in post-show fam trips.

Jack Marczewski, portfolio event director of The Meetings Show, TEAMS Europe and Business Travel Show Europe, said: “At The Meetings Show, we understand that time is precious for everyone, so we focus on curating pertinent content for education sessions, attracting quality destinations, venues, and suppliers as exhibitors, and creating numerous networking opportunities.

We really encourage the industry to #TakeTheTime out of their usual routine and broaden horizons.” There are various ways to register to attend The Meetings Show 2023 (at ExCeL London on 28-29 June) which will be co-located with Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show.  To find out more about the buyer, hosted buyer and visitor registration options,
