Stoke Mandeville Stadium raises £200 for WheelPower

Stoke Mandeville Stadium has raised £200 for WheelPower after 150 people attended the launch of three new fitness classes and a brand new sports massage therapy treatment centre.

Members and non-members paid £2 to try out the new Armageddon, Body Combat and Body Attack. which were all led by experienced instructors Karl Rowley and Daniel Boniface.

With the opening of the Sport Massage Therapy Clinic just around the corner in early February, therapists were on hand to treat over 20 people throughout the morning.

Ian Seabrook, Contract Manager at Stoke Mandeville Stadium commented: “We are delighted to be bringing brand new fitness classes to the stadium. The launch was a huge success and we raised a great deal for WheelPower. We’re very much looking forward to the opening of our Sport Massage Therapy Clinic, especially after receiving a lot of interest at the launch.”
