UBM use New Interactive Floor Plan technology for Confex 2011 exhibition

International Confex 2011 exhibition organised by UBM, has launched a new online Interactive Floor Plan service provided by event technology pioneers Coconnex.

The Coconnex Interactive Floor Plan was selected by UBM and is now being used live for International Confex 2011. The new release incorporates the latest digital engagement design thinking and is seen as the evolution of event marketing.

The Interactive Floor Plan allows exhibition organiser UBM to gain maximum benefit from their plan throughout the show cycle. The service provided by Coconnex enables sales teams to interactively explore what is available, generate proposals and rapidly book stands - all online and in real-time. The system has also been developed to fully integrate with CRM systems and other essential business applications.

The Interactive Floor Plan is an essential visitor tool, allowing them to search for relevant exhibitors, book seminars and create a completely personalised plan for their visit. It ensures visitors make maximum use of their time at the event.
