Chester Cathedral has a history spanning more than 900 years, and is an active place of worship, a tourist destination, events space and a Grade I listed building. It was founded as the Abbey of St Werburgh in 1092 and has been a central part of the city’s history ever since.

From smaller meeting to dinners for over 500, Exhibitions to large scale concerts the Cathedral has a number of spaces to accommodate all types and capacities of events. Each room is unique, but all have the cathedrals signature features including detailed stone work and stunning stained glass windows.
